Reservations Information

1. Rates do not include sales/occupancy tax. Check in after 4:00 P.M. on day of arrival. Check out before 10: A.M. on day of departure.


2. Occupancy is limited to ten people (including children). There are four bedrooms (two Queen, one Full, two Twins plus a fold-out sofa which sleeps two.


3. NO PETS are allowed. A fee of $250.00 per day will be charged if a pet is found in the house.


4. NO SMOKING is allowed in the house.


5. Linens and towels are furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, etc. A complementary supply of soap, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels is provided.


6. No house parties, campers or motor homes allowed.


7. Any long distance charges will be billed to you plus a $5.00 service charge. Remember your calling card, call collect, or bill to a third party.


8. Weekly rentals only - 7 days & 6 nights. Current rates are as follows:
   
   

   November thru April - Low Season:	$2479/week
   May thru October - High Season:	$2961/week
   Special Events Weeks (July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Weeks):	$3210/week



9. A rental deposit of fifty percent (50%) is due within seven days of your reservation. If the deposit is not received, the house will be made available to others. All balances must be paid prior to 30 days before arrival. If you wish to cancel your reservation, your advance 50% rental deposit will NOT be refunded unless the house is re-rented for the same time period that you reserved. If the unit is rebooked, you will be refunded your advance rental deposit less a $25.00 cancellation fee.


10. A Security Deposit of $250.00 is due with the final rental payment thirty (30) days before arrival. The Security Deposit will be refunded to you in seven days if the house and contents are undamaged and the house is left clean.


11. Maid Service is provided after your departure. You do not need to wash towels or linens or make the beds.


12. Weather in the mountains is unpredictable. There will be no refunds for bad weather or road conditions. Be prepared to drive in snow, ice, rain and fog to reach the house.


13. The Occupants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Property Owner for any and all costs, attorneys fees, sits, and claims whether from loss or property damage, injury to Occupant, Occupant's family and guests unless same was due to the willful act or gross negligence of the Property Owner. The person in whose name the reservation is reserved will be held responsible for all occupants complying with rental policies, procedures, restrictions, and observation of quiet times.


14. Occupant agrees to clean up upon departure per the guidelines in the kitchen. If conditions exceed those of a general cleaning, additional fees will be charged. Replacing furniture or accesories which have been moved from their original areas will result in additional charges. Please leave the house as you found it.


15. In compliance with the rules and regulations of the Yonahlossee Property Owners Association, all occupants must observe quiet times from 10:00 P.M. until 8:00 A.M.


16. The Yonahlossee POA prohibits parking on the roadway within the resort. Please do not park in neighboring driveways.


17. Phone numbers are provided for you if you have an after-hours emergency. Please use them only in the event of a TRUE emergency. Inconveniences that are not in our control and which do not warrant any refund of rental monies include:
    • Breakdown of TVs, whirlpools, or other appliances.
    • Construction taking place in the area
    • Decorations or accommodations to your personal taste
